We have a customer base of regular returning landlords who use us as a trusted supplier to refresh their properties between tenancies and do minor decorating jobs following damp issues etc.
This lady needed us to refresh her house after a tenant had left it in a poor condition. She was able to leave the keys with us and focus on her day to day business, safe in the knowledge that we would do the job to a high standard and ensure the property was secure at all times.
